We felt compelled to write to you to say we have never come across a vet as kind and compassionate as you. In what was one of our worst days, you were like an angel here on earth. We will be forever grateful for the way you treated us all and we’re so glad J’s final moments were with you as well as us. We’re still struggling but the thought of J eating liver treats until his last breath makes us smile.

For someone who showed such immense compassion and kindness, I find it hard to refer to you in the more formal tone.

Losing C shattered me. It will always be a dreadful memory, yet your warmth and sensitivity will always be a wonderful reminder that I have discovered a Vet unlike any other. You were always there for me - for C. Any call I made when you were not available (probably trying to have some dinner) was keenly returned with such genuine concern and patience, that I felt comforted by your attention and love for animals. You also gave my feelings of horror and desperation, the greatest of respect.

Please accept my warmest thanks for helping C and me through a painful time.

My respect for your professional and personal manner will remain a highlight in my life. When you are dealing with situations that so deeply concern we humble humans and treasured pets, you must suffer too, from emotions you are exposed to regularly. Yet knowing you make such a positive difference in healing, saving the lives of animals, putting us at ease and providing comfort, deserves rewards unlimited.

C and I thank you with both hearts. His shining spirit lives on from my perspective.

Love to you and to your warm and friendly staff. The lady in red was gentle and kind also. Please thank her for me. You are surrounded with refreshingly courteous and gentle people. Something I had noticed some time ago. Your Veterinary practice shines.
